Instant creamy lassi

Thick creamy bevarage made from yougurt

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gram yogurt Thick
  • 3 tbsp sugar/jaggery
  • 200 gram cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine and whisk all the ingridients untill the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

Notes

  • It should be thick, cream a bit sour and slighty sweet.
