Instant creamy lassi
Thick creamy bevarage made from yougurt

Ingredients
- 500 gram yogurt Thick
- 3 tbsp sugar/jaggery
- 200 gram cream
Instructions
- Combine and whisk all the ingridients untill the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Notes
- It should be thick, cream a bit sour and slighty sweet.
