Ingredients
- 80 gram dry prawn
- 5-6 curry leaf small
- 2 green chili mild, chopped
- 45-50 gram onion fine chopped
- 6-8 clove garlic fine chopped
- 15-20 gram tomato fine chopped, optional
- 1/2-1 tsp turmeric powder
- 5-10 gram garcinia indica optional
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 gram coriander leaf for garnish
- 2 tbsp refined oil
Instructions
- Wash and rinse the dry prawns.
- Heat the refine oil and add the curry leaves. Then garlic, onion, tomato and green chili.
- Sauté on a medium heat until translucent and sweated.
- Add the salt powdered spices and lower the heat.
- Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes .
- Add the dry prawns and again sauté for 3-5 minutes.
- Now add the garcinia indica and sauté for 1 more minute.
- Taste and adjust the salt if necessary.
- Garnish with coriander leaf.
- It should be dry and crispy.
Notes
- Best served with rice or roti or bhakri.
