Stir fried dried prawns.

Ingredients
  

  • 80 gram dry prawn
  • 5-6 curry leaf small
  • 2 green chili mild, chopped
  • 45-50 gram onion fine chopped
  • 6-8 clove garlic fine chopped
  • 15-20 gram tomato fine chopped, optional
  • 1/2-1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 5-10 gram garcinia indica optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 gram coriander leaf for garnish
  • 2 tbsp refined oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and rinse the dry prawns.
  • Heat the refine oil and add the curry leaves. Then garlic, onion, tomato and green chili.
  • Sauté on a medium heat until translucent and sweated.
  • Add the salt powdered spices and lower the heat.
  • Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes .
  • Add the dry prawns and again sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  • Now add the garcinia indica and sauté for 1 more minute.
  • Taste and adjust the salt if necessary.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
  • It should be dry and crispy.

Notes

  • Best served with rice or roti or bhakri.
