A side dish made of yogurt and onions, perfect to go along side rice dishes

Ingredients

  • 170-200 gram onion sliced
  • 180-200 gram yogurt thick
  • 1/4 tsp blackpeppercorn crushed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp green chilly chopped mild
  • 1/2 lemon or lime juiced

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingridients nicely.
  • Adjust the seasoning.
  • Adjust the consistency to your liking with cold water

Notes

  • Generaly served with rice or roti or naan.
  • Best served chilled.
