Peanut butter potato mash
A healthy mashed potato side

Ingredients
- 250 gram potato pealed
- 1 and 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp chilly powder
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter home made prefered
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in water with 1 tsp salt for at least 40 minutes.
- Let it cool and drain all the water.
- Add rest ofthe igridients and mash eveverything untill you get a smooth, uniform mash.
- Check the seasoning.
Notes
- peanut butter is a healthier option than butter.
