Ingredients
- 650 gram yogurt full fat, chilled, made from organic cow mlk
- 125 gram jaggery
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingridients untill the jaggery is completely dissolved and the yougurt is frothy.
- Refridgerate for 30-40 minutes.
Notes
- Instead of white sugar use jaggery as its more beneficial.
- Full fat homemade yogurt is always prefered.
- Add chilled water to adjust the consistency if required.
- Lassi should be frothy and not too sweet.
