Ingredients
  

  • 650 gram yogurt full fat, chilled, made from organic cow mlk
  • 125 gram jaggery

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all the ingridients untill the jaggery is completely dissolved and the yougurt is frothy.
  • Refridgerate for 30-40 minutes.

Notes

  1. Instead of white sugar use jaggery as its more beneficial.
  2. Full fat homemade yogurt is always prefered.
  3. Add chilled water to adjust the consistency if required.
  4. Lassi should be frothy and not too sweet.
