Banana peautbutter frozen yogurt
chilled frozen yogurt with bannana and peanut butter

Ingredients
- 180 grams yogurt thick, full fat, organic
- 36 grams bannana
- 1/4 tbsp brown sugar or jaggery organic
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter home made prefered
Instructions
- Blend everything into a smooth paste.
- Store that paste in a jar with a tight lid and clean film between top of the jar and the lid to stop condensation of moisture on the bottom part off the lid.
- Put the jar in the freezer for 2-4 hours.
Notes
- you can use an ice cream churner.
- you can garnish it with dry fruits.
